What platforms are you using as an artist and how is your experience there?
As an artist, I’m currently sharing my work across two platforms which are Pixiv and Twitter. Pixiv is a very good choice for people who start on artwork since it’s easy to build up a community from the ground up. Twitter on the other hand is a harder platform to start since the only way you can gain popularity is either a shoutout or payment
What kind of 3D NSFW content do you create?
I’m a Koikatsu animator. Which means I create female-on-female animations. Mostly I create kissing and making-out animations. But as time went on I’ve encountered many more kinds of work that I have to learn to do. Such as scissoring, breast groping and of course sex
What is Koi-Ka-Tsu?
Koikatsu is a game created by Illusion which is an adult dating simulator involving an anime-styled high school. The great thing about it is how free it is for modders to mod its game. And tons of customization settings for your characters. Koikatsu has an external tool called CharaStudio, which is a sandbox animation maker similar to MMD (MikuMikuDance) and Blender but with much less advanced features. The main focus of Studio is NSFW content but you could make much more than that. In Studio your creativity and skill are the only limits that you’ll encounter. There are tons of items and things you can play around and I could say you will never get bored in Studio
Do you have a commission sheet?
I don’t have a commission sheet. But everything can be found on my Pixiv. As an example, it costs 3000 Yen for a 10-second kissing animation or 15 second NSFW animation
How much is your weekly workload for you as an artist and how much is it together with your day job?
My weekly workload depends on how many commissions are sent during the week and how challenging the request is. But I usually spend around 5-12 hours per commission and I got around 1-3 commissions per week. It doesn’t affect my daily life. I’m doing this as a hobby and it’s a pretty fun way to relieve my stress
What demotivates you the most in what you are doing?
Software crashes are the worst. It just comes whenever it wants. That’s why I developed a habit of saving every once in a while to prevent any work from being lost
When did you start being an artist?
I started animation back in June of 2023. Then mid-October, I posted my first kissing animation on Pixiv and it somehow blew up. I got many supportive comments motivating me to make more. Some people even gave me some ideas to recreate. And I started from there
What are your goals and ambitions?
Just to create a loving community with people with a similar taste and to have fun
Do you feel like you have some kind of support network?
Absolutely! Those people who helped me out with many things and guided me to what I am today are all the artists on a Koikatsu Official Discord. Everyone is supportive and helpful to each other no matter what their issues are
What kind of people are consuming your content?
Most people with a similar kink or fetish as mine. On the internet, it’s hard to find a 3D animator that makes a lot of kissing animations. And I guess everyone just found me

How do you feel and handle being a person actively involved in pornography?
I don’t feel anything much honestly. Before I got into full-on NSFW animations I was only doing SFW kissing animation with a little hint of sexual intent. At least I’m having fun improving what I love to do like creating animations
Are you making a profit?
Yes, I am making some profit myself. But receiving payments is an issue. All equipment that I used is from way before I started this animation as a hobby. So I’d say I didn’t spend any money on anything other than the software itself
Do you create your own models?
I never made a model myself. All models that I’ve used have been from other talented artists online that I found
How do you handle downloading those models?
Before I download models, I make sure that they allow them to be used for recreation, rather than personal use. I would never pirate any model, software or tool. Even if I had to do that, I would find it wrong to just steal someone’s work without paying for what they already offer
How do you feel about copyright?
I respect copyright. I tried my best to avoid using all models from artists that put copyright on their work. Since I understand some artist wants their work to not be recreated in other’s work, no matter if they credited them or not
What types of porn do you enjoy?
As a big anime fan myself, I prefer Hentai Mangas, Hentai Animation and then JAV. As long as there’s a kissing scene within the work I’m happy since I prefer that over normal sex
By what metric do you consider an artist as being not small anymore?
Any artist with over 2K followers on Twitter is already considered “not small” anymore. I have 3.4K followers on Pixiv and 490 followers on Twitter. So I think that I understand the feeling perfectly
What artists in the 3D smut field are you looking up to and why?
These 5 are the artists that I looked up to the most as their works are phenomenal in every way possible, having little to no flaws in their work. I’m doing my best to learn from their techniques and the way they do their animations just for me to improve myself
Give shout out to other small 3D smut artists who deserve and need more attention
I don’t know much about small artists since I mostly find the big artists to look up to. But I guess every Koikatsu Animator who is starting in the animation field is sharing their work on Pixiv and Twitter. I’ve seen some of their works and they are very underrated! So I can only name NotGbakk
